• We currently ship within the United States.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Local Pickup

If you are local to Dallas/FT. Worth, we may offer a free local pickup option. You will be contacted with pickup details if selected at checkout.
